Gene Forsythe Jr. of Farmington died on Sunday at the age of 69.
The funeral service will be Friday morning at 10 at the. Calvary Temple in Fredericktown.
Visitation for Gene Forsythe Jr. will be Thursday evening from 5 until 8 at Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington and from 9 until 10 at the Calvary Temple in Fredericktown.
