Phil Amato Talks House Bill 1733 Which Will Help Those Seeking Info On Nursing Homes

(JEFFERSON CITY, ARNOLD) 113th District State Representative Phil Amato is hoping to see House Bill 1733 receive some more attention as the current Legislative Session ends in a few weeks. Amato says this bill deals with a situation that was brought to him by a resident in his district. He says it became an issue after the constituent was researching nursing homes on the internet when a pop-up menu came onto the screen.

Amato says his bill would outlaw this supposed contract.

House Bill 1733 was voted through the Health and Mental Health Policy committee a few weeks back, however, it has not been sent to the House floor for a vote yet.
